  • You are the interface between the customer and the KNAPP project team on site
  • You lead a team of up to 40 technicians in our customer projects
  • You maintain a clear overview of deadlines, costs, and quality in your project
  • You are responsible for tracking your team’s progress and continuously reporting to your supervisor and project management
  • You understand KNAPP’s high quality standards and ensure they are upheld

  • You have 3+ years of experience in implementing and/or commissioning automated systems
  • You have solid knowledge of project management and the tools used for it
  • Basic leadership experience will help you succeed in this role
  • You have excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • You are a reliable person and able to work under pressure
  • You see mistakes as opportunities to learn and are open to feedback
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are willing to travel internationally (~50%)
